Glenn Tunstull Profile
Glenn Tunstull fills his creative life with the development of images that reflect the world around him. He has lived in the Hudson Valley for six years in the Town of Claverack. His artistic world includes the Berkshires, the Catskills, and Cape Cod in the northeast. He captures the essences of the settings through a deft handling of watercolors and a vibrant expression of the light of day through oil paints. His paintings are collectible on the East Coast where he regularly exhibits. The paintings of the Hudson Valley and Cape Cod reveal the enjoyable life of these communities all year around.
The current collection of spring and summer paintings encompasses his views from the Hudson Valley to Brazil. Creating oil paintings of the growing seasons reflect the zest of color as well as the quietude of that time of year.

Glenn Tunstull
It was his thirst for challenges as an artist that initially inspired Tunstull’s move to landscapes. “I have a pre-occupation with water and light which drives me to paint a particular setting” he states. His settings thus far have been as striking as they have been varied. His images extend from the pastoral settings of the Hudson Valley, to the energetic and breathtaking color of Bahia, Brazil. Add works from Australia, Bali, England, France, Italy and Japan, and it’s easy to see how Tunstull has re-invented himself as one of this generation’s premiere, truly international artists. It’s a fact supported by the overwhelming groundswell of support that greets his shows. Glenn Tunstull, A Personal View of Light and Color, is another compilation of his fine art paintings
You can find his work in many private collections globally and on exhibit at the Cousen Rose Gallery in Martha’s Vineyard, MA, E & S Gallery, Louisville, KY, Picture That Gallery, Stamford, CT and Paulo Darze Galeria, Salvador, Bahia, Brazil.
